Mrs. Willie Agnes Hubbard, 67, of 841 Faber Ave., died yesterday at 3:05 p.m. at Waynesboro Community Hospital.
Mrs. Hubbard was a member of the Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church. She was born April 9, 1898, in Augusta County, a daughter of the late Will J. and Polly McCauley Brown.
She is survived by the children of her marriage to William Harry Ross, Mrs. Graham O. Snead and Mrs. C. A. Henderson, both of Waynesboro. She is also survived by one sister, Mrs. Katie Yount of Crimora; two brothers, Lee Brown and Jack Brown, both of Crimora; also a number of grandchildren and great-grandchildren. Mrs. Hubbard was preceded in death by a daughter, Mrs. Beulah Kerby, on Jan. 31, 1960.
The body will remain at the Etter Funeral Home until it is placed in the church one hour prior to the service to be held Saturday at 2 p.m. in the Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church. The service will be conducted by the Rev. Scott C. Hutton Sr. with interment in the Forest Chapel Church of the Brethren Cemetery at Crimora.
Active pallbearers will be the following deacons of the Shenandoah Heights Baptist Church: Grant Hite, Virgil Pugh, Ernest Jones, Earl Dean, Willie Layton and John Shiflett Jr.
The flowerbearers will be Miss Henrietta Mille, and the Mesdames Lillie Raines, Helen Price, Mable Campbell, Betty Burnett, Izetta Johnson, Thelma Wiseman, Peggy Harris, Ruby Johnson, Mareta Bowles, Christine Jackson and Doris Wilts.
