Born March 6, 1936 in Thomasville, she was the daughter of the late Farrell C. and Carrie R. Hummer Galloway.
Janet was a retired glass processor for PPG, Mt. Holly Springs. She was also a member of Holy Infant Catholic Church, York Haven.
She is survived by her loving husband of 23 years, Julius Harvey, Jr.; stepson, Kenneth Harvey, of Virginia; brother, Dennis Galloway, of Gardners; sister, Ruth Bouldosser, of Carlisle; and several nieces and nephews.
Entombment was in Rolling Green Memorial Cemetery, Camp Hill.
