The obituary for Mrs. Nona Bence Wall stated that she had died at her home in Windsor. She was born in Moultrie County on Dec. 13, 1882. She is survived by her husband, Sylvester Wall, one daughter Velma Wall, living at home; three sisters, Mrs. Cora Sharp, Mrs. W. F. Rankin and Mrs. R. E. Sprague of Windsor; five brothers, George Bence, Roy Bence and Alva Bence, Windsor, Lyman Bence, living in the west and Jason Bence, Mattoon. The funeral was held from the Christian church in Windsor at 2:30 o'clock Saturday afternoon, the service being conducted by Rev. E. E. Smith. Shelbyville Democrat - Thursday - 17 Mar 1921
