Baer, Henry M. (May 30, 1898-Jan. 18, 1972 –husband of Hedwig Meyer [married April 26, 1932 at St. Gregory Catholic Church in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton] –son of Frederick Baer [1872-1953] and Mary Niederprum –born Town of Eaton –farmer in Town of Eaton –on March 31, 1932 purchased from his widowed father the 60 acre farm at 19204 County C in Section 23, Town of Eaton –on Oct. 27, 1943 purchased the 80 acre former Anton Burkard farm centered at 19207 County Highway C in Section 26, Town of Eaton –on July 1, 1964 sold the farmland for the farm at 19204 County C along with the farm at 19207 County C to his two unmarried children William Baer and Mary Ann Baer

Henry and Hedwig kept ownership of the lot with farmstead at 19204 County C and also had a stipulation in the sale that they could live for the remainder of their lives in the farmhouse at 19207 County C –on June 20, 1970 Henry and Hedwig sold the lot with farmstead at 19204 County C in Section 23, Town of Eaton to their son-in-law William Hein and his wife Catherine Baer –on Jan. 25, 1957 purchased the former 80 acre Gerhard farm at 18932 Church Road in Section 26, Town of Eaton –on July 1, 1964 sold this farm (along with the 80 acres of the W1/2 of the SW1/4 of Section 23, Town of Eaton) to his son Donald Baer and his wife Janet Beumler –died from “mesenteric thrombosis”) –buried at St. Gregory Catholic Cemetery in St. Nazianz, Town of Eaton [buried in Section 5, Row 4, Lot 27] [marriage record Manitowoc 24-19] [death record Manitowoc 71-81]
