Gracie Mae Frazier – 70 – Ft. Blackmore, VA. entered into rest September 15, 2007 at her residence. Born in Scott county, VA on July 22, 1937 to the late Mitch Dingus and Ellan Babb Dingus.

In addition to her parents she is preceded in death by four sisters, Feebie Darnell, Myrtle Laney, Lula Darnell and Mary Begley. Two brothers, George and Roy Dingus. And a special nephew, Charles Ray Darnell.

Surviving is her husband, Lawton Frazier of the home. Four daughters, Judy and Larry Frazier, Patsy and Danny Dockery, Peggy and Sherrill Frazier and Tammie and David Estep all of Ft. Blackmore, VA.
A son, Roger and Dana Frazier, Ft. Blackmore, VA. A sister, Hazel Carter, Ft. Blackmore, VA. and one brother, Willie Dingus of Gate City, VA. Grandchildren, Mark Dingus, Hunter Frazier and J. R. and Brandy Dockery. Step-granddaughters, Kimberly Boggs, Karen Shelar and Renea Clarks. Seven Great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Calling hours will be from 6-8 p.m. Tuesday, September 18, 2007 at the Gate City Funeral Home. Services will be at 8:00 p.m. in the Gene Falin Memorial chapel of the funeral home with Rev. Willie Neeley and Rev. Denny Hass officiating. The Tipton Family will provide the music.

Graveside service will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, September 19, 2007 at Taylor Family Cemetery, Taylor Town, Rye Cove community. Family and friends will serve as pallbearers.
