Blaine Cole

The funeral for Blaine Cole, 66, Beverly farmer and stockman, was Friday, Dec. 1, at the Hall chapel, Lincoln, the Rev. Harlan Rittgers officiating.

Burial was in the Beverly cemetery.

Mr. Cole died Tuesday [Nov. 28] at St. Luke's hospital, Kansas City, Mo. He was born July 30, 1906, at Barnard and spent his life in the Barnard and Beverly communities. He was a member of the United Methodist Church, Beverly.

Surviving are the widow, Elsie; a daughter, Mrs. Dorothy Harr, Wheatridge, Colo.; five sons, Frank and Bill, both of Beverly; Leroy, Kansas City, Mo.; Max, East Northport, N.Y., and Duane, Lincoln; a sister, Mrs. Aileen Crowe, Oklahoma City; three half-sisters, Mrs. Emajean Lacefield, Birmingham, Ala., and Mrs. Frances Clayton and Mrs. Josephine Miller, both of Tampa, Fla.; 22 grandchildren and a great-grandchild.
