COLE—Frank A. Cole died at his home in this city last night at 11 p.m., from complication resulting from an attack of measles. Mr. Cole was born in Iowa on February 5, 1869, so that he was not quite forty-seven years of age and just in the prime of life. He came to Kansas with his parents when a child of three years. His father homesteaded the farm on which Mr. Cole lived until he moved to Beloit. In April, 1901, Mr. Cole was married to Miss Pearl Hinckley of Barnard and to this union three children, Thelma, Aline and Blaine were born. Mrs. Cole died in July 1908. In November, 1909, Mr. Cole married Miss Bertha Wear, who with her two daughters, Imogene and Josephine, survive the husband and father. The funeral services will be held tomorrow afternoon at 2 o'clock at the Saltville Presbyterian church and will be conducted by Rev. Ward, pastor of the church. Interment will be made in the Saltville Cemetery.
Note: A third daughter, Frances Cole, was born in August 1916 after her father's death.
