Olney Daily Mail, obituary: Lorraine Kinkade, 100, of Olney, died Saturday, August 5, 2006, at Richland Memorial Hospital in Olney. Funeral services will be in Olney with burial in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg. Mrs. Kinkade was born on August 30, 1905, in Mt. Erie, Wayne County, the daughter of Roy and Mabel (Blood) Shannon. She married Henry Michael in 1949. He preceded her in death in 1954. She married George Kinkade in 1955. He preceded her in death on April 17, 1991 She was a retired teacher, having taught in Richland County elementary schools. She was a member of Elm Street Christian Church in Olney. Mrs. Kinkade is survived by her son, Albert Kinkade and his wife, Beth of Olney: grandson, Seth Kinkade and his wife Christine of Carmel, CA.: granddaughter, Rachel Egleston and her husband, Chance, of Fort Knox, KY; grandson, James Kinkade, of Fort Bragg, N. C.; nephew, Ronnie Shannon and his wife, Marilyn, of Fort Wayne, IN; two nieces, Gail Meyer and her husband, Rich, of Michigan, and Brenda Barton and her husband, Paul of Swansea, nephew, Dale Shannon and his wife, Debbie, of St. Charles, MO. She was preceded in death by her parents: two husbands; two brothers, William Henry and Harry Ellis.
