George Samuel Kinkade, 90, died Wednesday April 17, 1991 at the United Methodist Village in Lawrenceville. Funeral services will be Sunday in the Chapel of the Zirkle Funeral Home with Bill Cox and Joe Eggebrecht officiating. Burial will be in Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg. Mr. Kinkade was born Oct. 7, 1900 in Madison Township, the son of Albert and Jane (Thomson) Kinkade. He married Lorraine Shannon Michael in 1955 and she survives. Mr. Kinkade was a retired farmer. He was a member of Elm Street Christian Church and the Richland County Farm Bureau. Besides his wife, he is survived by three sons, Eugene of Dewey Rose, GA, Charles of Annapolis, Maryland, and Albert of Taylor, MI; one half-brother, Harold Kinkade; nine grandchildren, twelve great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his parents, his first wife Esther, one son, George Jr., four brothers and two sisters.
