Edward Orris Kinkade, 73, well known resident of Richland County, died unexpectedly Saturday night, at the home of his sister, Mrs. Sarah Ibbotson, east of Olney.

He was born in Richland County September 29, 1891, son of Albert and Jane Thompson Kinkade, and was in the lumber business for many years. His wife, Bess died June 18, 1933.

Mr. Kinkade is survived by three daughters, Mrs. Margaret Mosser of Mentor, Ohio, Mrs. Jane Nest of Lewiston, Mich. and Mrs. Katherine Merrick of Summerton, S.C.; two sons, Vernon of Kansas City, Mo. and Donald of Plainesville, Ohio; two brothers, Clinton Kinkade of Parkersburg and George S. Kinkade of Olney; one half brother, Harold Kinkade of Evansville; two sisters, Mrs. Sarah Ibbotson of Olney and Mrs. Alice O'Brien of Winter Haven, Fla.

Funeral services at the Schaub Funeral Home with interment in the Oak Hill Cemetery in Parkersburg.
