Mrs. Charlotte Paul Kern, 85, 337 West Washington boulevard, died at 6 o'clock Monday morning at the home of her daughter, Mrs Edith Day of Oconomowoc, Wis, where she had spent the last five weeks. A lifelong resident of Fort Wayne, she was a member of Emmanuel Lutheran church.
Survivors include a son, John F. Kern of this city; the daughter in Oconomowoc; four grandchildren and one brother, Charles Paul of Lake George.
The body will be brought here at noon today and will be taken to Klaehn & Sons' funeral home, where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon at 2 o'clock, Rev. Fred Heidbrink officiating. Burial will be in Lindenwood cemetery.
