Sister of Henry C Paul Passes Away
Was a Member of a Well Known Pioneer Family and Was a Life Long Member of this City
Miss Elizabeth Paul, a life long member of this city died Wednesday, afternoon, shortly after 4 o'clock at the Lutheran Hospital, death being due to cancer of the stomach. Her condition was not critical until recently and she was taken to the hospital for treatment only two weeks ago. Miss Paul was a sister of Henry C Paul and was a member of a well known pioneer family being the daughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. William Paul who were early settlers of this city. Miss Paul was a devoted member of member of the St. Paul's Lutheran Church all her life and always took a marked interest in the activities of the church. She was fifty-five years old. She is survived by the following brothers and sisters: Mr. John C Peters, Henry C Paul, Mrs.Caroline Storm, Charles A Paul, Mrs Fred C Baade, Mrs. Charlotte Kern, and Mrs. Henry W Lepper. She leaves eleven nephews and twelve nieces. She was preceded in death by the parents and a brother and sister. The body has been removed to the residence of Mrs. H.W. Lepper, 817 E Wayne Street, where the funeral services will be conducted. Fort Wayne News 7-6-1916
