The death of Riley Anderson, the 16 year old son of Mr. and Mrs. W. T. Anderson, at his home in Boma, last Friday, filled the hearts of his parents with sorrow, and great numbers of his friends and relatives are saddened by the untimely death of a young man so full of promise.
Riley was a general favorite among all who knew him. He had just entered high school at Baxter, only having attended about a week when he was taken sick and went home and died after 2 weeks. His remains were buried at Smellage Cemetery, near Boma. Rev. J. D. Harris conducted the funeral in the presence of a large gathering of friends and relatives and school mates.
