OAK RIDGE – Funeral services were held here January 4 for Thomas Borden Anderson, 67, a native of Putnam County who died in Oak Ridge Hospital January 2 following an extended illness. Officiating at the services, held in the Chapel of Martin's Funeral Home, was Robert Markham, pastor of the New Home Baptist Church of Boma, TN. Burial was in Oak Ridge Memorial Gardens.
Survivors include his widow, Margaret Jernigan Anderson of Oak Ridge; 2 sons, Charles of Crossville and Tommy of New Orleans, LA; 3 daughters, Doris and Barbara of Oak Ridge and Lina of Knoxville; 13
grandchildren.
Five brothers, Carson of St. Petersburg, FL, Durell and Hara Lee of Cookeville, James of Boma and Lewis Marshall Anderson of Warren, MI; three sisters, Ora Mae, Mary Nell and Nuava, all of Boma; and several
nieces and nephews.
