Agnes Anderson, 86, of Mt. Pleasant and formerly of St. Louis, died Thursday, Sept. 5, 1985, at the Isabella County Medical Care Facility in Mt. Pleasant.
Services are scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday at the Alward-Carter Funeral Home in St. Louis with Pastor Paul Wilson officiating. Burial will be at Emerson Township Cemetery.
Friends may call at the funeral home today and Sunday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m.
Mrs. Anderson was born March 1, 1899, in Gratiot County to Alfred and Nancy (Farrington) Finch. She married Clarence Anderson of St. Louis on Oct. 12, 1921.
Mrs. Anderson is survived by 10 sons, Louis and Arnold, both of St. Louis, Gerald of Alma, Basil of Perrinton, Gale of St. Johns, Dale of Flint, Howard of Lansing, Richard of Stockbridge, Clarence Jr. of Arizona, and Ronald of Muir; four daughters, Mrs. Arlene Farrier and Mrs. Dorothy Kienitz, both of Alma, Mrs. Laurrine Wood of Big Rapids, and Betty Bauer of Sebewaing; a sister, Mrs. Flora Kiser of Ithaca; 35 grandchildren; 41 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
Mrs. Anderson was preceded in death by her husband, Clarence, June 30, 1958. She was also preceded in death by a son, Gordon; a daughter, Dorothea; three brothers; and two sisters.
