Georgetown - (CNS) - Funeral services for George Bostwick, retired C&EI Railroad section foreman, who died Saturday night at Rockville, Ind., will be held here Tuesday.

The Rev. Charles High of Indianola will conduct the rites at 2 p.m. in the Houghton Funeral Home. Burial will be in the Michael Cemetery, near Indianola.

Mr. Bostwick was a native of Georgetown but had resided in Rockville most of his life. he had been in Ill health for several years and had retired from the railroad in 1943.

He was born here Oct. 21, 1877, son of Ruliff and Cynthia Murdock Bostwick. He married Oct. 29, 1901, to Miss Addie Jackson, who survives.

Besides the widow, at Rockville, the survivors include two sons, Harley of Lakeville, Ind., and Floyd of Danville, and six daughters, Mrs. Hazel Harvey, Rockville; Mrs. Gladys Grinestaff, Danville; Mrs. Helen Cox, Armstrong; and Mrs. Buryle Smith, Mrs Eileen Ervin and Mrs. Doris Johnson, all of Hoopeston. Two other daughters preceded him in death. Other survivors are 25 grandchildren and one great-grandchild.
