Our dear, sweet father, Owen F. Reynolds, passed away on April 7, 2003.

Owen was born on November 5, 1904 in Murray, Utah to Louise and Charles Reynolds. Active in the LDS Church. He fulfilled a mission to the Central States in 1926-28. Married Vernessa Young August 24, 1928 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple. She passed away in 1984. Owen had a wonderful sense of humor and dearly loved his family. Worked as a draftsman for Morrison Merrill, Boise Cascade and Granite Mill for over 40 years. Served on the Board of Directors for Spring Creek Water for many years. Lived in Holladay until four years ago when he moved to Denver to live with his son Newel and daughter-in-law Alene who took wonderful care of him.

Survived by children: Anne (Stan) Bonham, St. George; Barbara Bryant, Wisconsin; Kay (Linda), Richfield, Janet Welsh, Holladay, Robert Newel (Alene), Denver. 20 grandchildren, 73 great-grandchildren, 14 great-great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by wife, five sisters, three brothers, one granddaughter, one great-grandson, two sons-in-law.

Funeral services will be Friday, April 11, 2003 at 1:00 p.m. at the Holladay 14th LDS Ward, 4817 Viewmont St., Holladay, UT. Friends may call one hour prior to services at the Ward. Interment will be at the Holladay Cemetery.
