Ernest Wise Obituary
Ingleside--Ernest Everett Wise, 90, of 733 Poinsetta St. in Ingleside died Saturday at 1:20 p.m. in a Taft nursing home. A retired farmer and member of the Church of Christ, he had served in the military from 1918-1919 and did his farming in the Austwell area.
Funeral services will be at 1 p.m. Monday at the Marshall Funeral Home Chapel in Aransas Pass followed by burial at 4 p.m. Monday at Robstown City Cemetery.
Survivors include his wife Elsie Wise of Ingleside; three daughters Mrs. Dorothy Wilson of Ingleside, Mrs. Jean Parker of Robstown, and Mrs. Merle Putnam of Robstown; four sons, Roy Wise of Austwell, Harvey Wise of Austwell, Glenn Wise of Port Lavaca and Clyde Wise of Ingleside; 18 grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
