Death of Mrs. Alvin Marsh
Prominent Young Matron of the Town of Bristol Died at the Kenosha Hospital This Morning
Mrs. Maude Myrtle Marsh, aged thirty years, wife of Alvin Marsh, and on of the best known of the younger matrons of the town of Bristol, died at the Kenosha hospital just after six o'clock this morning. Mrs. Marsh was brought to the hospital last Monday for an operation for appendicitis. Complications set in following the operation and these resulted in her death this morning. Mrs. Marsh was a daughter of Frank J. Smith, one of the best known men of the town of Salem and she was born in that town December 26, 1885. Since her marriage she had lived at the old Marsh homestead in the town of Bristol. A young woman of beautiful character she had a wide circle of friends to whom the announcement of her death will come as a personal sorrow. She is survived by her husband and four children.
