Mrs. Clarissa White, 55 years old, 2118 West Fourth Street, died yesterday in a local hospital after a short illness. Born in Pine City, Minn., she had been a resident of Duluth for six years. She was a member of Central Baptist Church. Surviving are five sons, Lloyd of Minneapolis, Harold and Robert of Duluth, George in the army at ElPaso, Texas, and Leslie with the army in Australia; four daughters, Mrs. Walter Peterson, Charlotte, Pearl and June, all of Duluth; her mother, Mrs. Carrie Stauty, Duluth; four sisters, five brothers and seven grandchildren.

Funeral notice;
White, Mrs. Clarissa, aged 55, of 2118 W.4th St., passed away at a local hospital June 28.Services Wednesday, 2 p.m. at Bell Bros.funeral home, the Rev. A. Kenneth Ham officiating. Interment, Oneota.
