PROMINENT WOMAN DIES AT PASKENTA
Mrs. Mary Ann Mitchell, aged and respected member of a pioneer family at Paskenta, passed away at her home there at 9:30 yesterday morning.
Deceased was born November 4, 1855, near Wheatland, California, and had resided all her life in California, and for the past sixty years had been a resident of the Paskenta section, where she reared a family and where the husband passed away many years ago.
Left to mourn the passing of a good mother and neighbor are two sons, Robert Mitchell and Charles A. Mitchell, and two daughters, Mrs. N.E. Kerling, of Paskenta, and Mrs. J. W. Hulse of Flournoy. Also one brother survives.
