Add and Linne Jane Anderson were pioneers of the Gwynneville community. Just a year before his death they were nearing their 64th wedding anniversary. In reminiscing about the old days he remembered that it was unsafe to go to church after dark for scallywags would steal the buggy whips and robes and sometimes a part of the harness so the men would start taking their whips and robes into the church with them.
