Death Claims Mr. Anderson
Rites Saturday for County Carpenter, 69
Clayton (Pete) Anderson, 69, a lifelong resident of Gwynneville, died today at 2:05 a.m. at a nursing home at Fountaintown. He had been ill and a patient at the home for the past two years. Death was attributed to complications.
Mr. Anderson was born in Shelby County on January 30, 1892, a son of John and Linnie Duncan Anderson. He was a retired carpenter and a member of the Gwynneville Christian Church.
Surviving are two sisters and a brother, Mrs. Sylvia Beatty of Knightstown, and Mrs. Bernice Woodruff and Herschel Anderson of Flint, Michigan. Funeral services will be held on Saturday at 2 p.m. at the Frazier Funeral Home in Morristown. Burial will be in Hanover Cemetery. Friends may call at the funeral home after 10 a.m. Friday.

Clayton married Dora May Beatrice Gardner September 4, 1920 in Shelby County, Indiana and divorced December 21, 1934 in Marion County, Indiana. This was his only marriage. Dora Gardner FAG #74235021.
