Thomas F. Chiswell. 82, who retired from farming when he sold his place at Dickerson in 1937, died Monday morning at his home, 1103 Wayne Avenue, Silver Spring. He was a son of the late Edward and Evalina Chiswell and is survived by his wife, Mrs. Eloise Wootton Chiswell, a daughter, Mrs. Eloise Johnson, Walpole, N.H., and a sister, Mrs. Edith Wootton, Silver Spring.
Friends may call at the funeral home in Barnesville where funeral services will be held Wednesday afternoon. Interment will be in Monocacy cemetery, Beallsville. William B. Hilton, funeral director.
