Sometime after 1940 she returned to Tucson, and died there. We used to visit her at her home in South Tucson.
Her husband John Paul Criswell is buried in Portales New Mexico.

Her son, Oather Loyd Criswell Carl Curtis Criswell, Lorene Mazill Criswell Bode and Norma Jean "Mickey" Bombardier.
