Doris E. Lindberg, 81, of Atlanta, GA, passed away unexpectedly on January 14, 2010.
She is preceded in death by her husband William E. Lindberg and survived by her daughters Barbara Douglas of Norcross and Nancy Jessup of Atlanta, her son-in-law Robert Douglas, 4 wonderful grandchildren, Justin and Anna Douglas and Will and Lindy Jessup, her siblings Freda Chandler of Decatur, Nira Stephens of Marietta, Huey Glisson of Kennesaw and Joe Glisson of Brunswick and a multitude of nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association at www.alz.org in Doris' memory, this would be greatly appreciated by this family who has previously lost many loved ones to this disease. A memorial service will be held at 10am on Monday, January 18, 2010, in the chapel of Floral Hills Funeral Home. 3150 Lawrenceville Hwy, Tucker, GA.
