RANDAL CURTIS AREHART

Randal C. Arehart, 61, died at Riverside Hospital, Newport News, Monday morning (May 16, 1977) after several months of illness.

He was born Oct. 20, 1915 in Augusta County, son of Henry O. and Nora (Haupe) Arehart. He had been employed at Newport News Shipyard for a number of years.

Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Betty (Hay) Arehart; one son, Randal C. Arehart Jr. of Columbia, S.C.; three sisters, Mrs. Aimee Coffman and Mrs. Catherine Croft, both of Staunton, and Mrs. Mary Lotts of Waynesboro; four brothers, Oscar L. of Fisherville, Houston L. of Newport News and H. Christian and Carey D. Arehart both of Staunton, and two grandchildren.

A service will be held at 8 tonight at Lawrence B. Wood Funeral Home, Hampton, and a service will be held 11 a.m. Wednesday at Augusts Memorial Park.
