Alvilda Aanenson Dies After Brief Illness

Nervous Breakdown Preceding Short Siege of Pneumonia Results in Death of Luverne Township Girl.

Miss Alvilda Aanenson, eldest daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Theo. Aanenson, of Luverne Township, succumbed Sunday evening at 9:00 o'clock at the home of her grandmother, Mrs. Karine Moi, in this city, to an attack of double pneumonia, She had been critically ill for only one day, but had a nervous breakdown for a considerable period, which complicated her condition.

Funeral services were held yesterday afternoon at 1:00 o'clock from the home and at 2:00 o'clock from Our Savior's Lutheran Church, Rev. J.O. Mundahl officiating, and interment was made in Maplewood. Aanen Olson, Karl Vegge, Edwin Tofteland, Hans Kvass, Thorvald Tobiason and Wm. Zenson were pallbearers.

Miss Aanenson was born June 30th, 1908, in Rock, and had spent all her life here. Besides her bereaved parents she is survived by eleven brothers and sisters. They are Edia, Selma, Luella, Lillian, Aanen, Alexander, Arne, Selmer, Erling. Edwin and Theodore, Jr.
