onway--Willa M. Bell, age 81, wife of the late Bernie Bell, of Hwy. 701 N., died Thursday, January 14, 2010 at Loris Community Hospital.
Mrs. Bell was born in Lake City, a daughter of the late Wiley Fennell and Ila Mae Hiers Fennell. She was preceded in death by a grandson, Dwayne Wimberly and a brother, Wiley "Buddy" Fennell.
Surviving are two sons, Eddie Wimberly and wife Donna of Merritt Island, FL and Jimmy Wimberly and wife Karen of Conway, SC; two daughters, Gloria Hartfield and husband Wylie of Aynor, SC and Saundra Miles and husband Alton of Kingstree, SC; 10 grandchildren; 15 great-grandchildren; 2 great great-grandchildren; three brothers, Jahue Fennell, Joe Carroll Fennell and Donnie Fennell; and two sisters, Lenora Gaskins and Shelby Turner.
Funeral arrangements will be held 2:00 PM Sunday at Zion Pentecostal Holiness Church with Rev. Eddie Wilson officiating. Burial will follow in Hillcrest Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 6:00 until 8:00 PM Saturday at the funeral home.
