Joe Carol Fennell, Sr., 86, died Friday, November 11, 2022, after a long illness.
Mr. Fennell was born in Lake City, SC, a son of the late Wiley Gaston and Ila Mae Hiers Fennell. He was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force. He was retired from AT&T Technology after 40 years of employment.
He was an active member of Greenwood Baptist Church, where he served as a deacon and Sunday School teacher.
He was predeceased by his parents; three sisters, Willa Bell, Lenora Gaskins, and Shelby Turner; and two brothers, Jahue Fennell and Wiley L. Fennell.
