Kiel—(Special)—Mrs. Edwin Sievert, 27, nee Edna Mayer, died this morning at her home in the town of Schleswig, after a lingering illness of three years. She was born June 4, 1912, in the town of Rhine, daughter of Adolph and Anna Mayer. She attended the district schools and married Mr. Sievert June 4, 1932. The couple lived on the Schleswig farm since. Survivors are her husband; a son, Ronald, 3; one sister, Mrs. Elmer Anhalt, town of Schleswig; and six brothers, Ernst, Elkhart Lake; Harvey, Manitowoc; George, Elmer and Melvin, Schleswig; and Ervin, Port Washington.
Funeral services will be held at the C. J. Meiselwitz Funeral home, and at the First Presbyterian church, the Rev. Frank Zimmermann officiating, with interment in Kiel cemetery.
