Edna N Eggett Nelson
1922 ~ 2009

In loving memory "Ted", our dear mother, peacefully graduated from this life Dec. 28, 2009, to be reunited joyfully with her eternal companion, Frank D Eggett and her youngest daughter Kathleen Hendricksen, also to greet her were her parents, brothers and sisters.Born on June 6, 1922 to Robert C and Margaret McKean Newson. Mom touched many lives, in her family, community and church. She was a beauty with class. She was a Days of 47 royalty, model, finishing school instructor and financier. A wonderful wife, twice, and the hardest working, gracious woman we knew. A valiant servant of her Father in Heaven and a champion of Christ. She served in many church positions with honor.

Treasured by her children, Shirleen Richardson, Marleen and Bob Williams, Frank and Reva Eggett, Robert Eggett, Chris (Tiz) Glad, Tom and Sheryl Eggett, Madaleen and Pat Pekarcik, brother Howard and Pat Newson and many loved grandchildren and great-grandchildren.

We also express love to her step children and their families, and acknowledge her love for her second husband Lee Nelson, who has joined his eternal companion.

Last respects will be held at 11:00 a.m., Monday, January 4, 2009 at the Stone Creek LDS Chapel, 1476 North 300 West, Bountiful. A visitation will be held Sunday evening from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. at Russon Brothers Bountiful Mortuary, 295 North Main, and Monday morning from 9:30-10:30 a.m. at the church prior to services. Interment - Bountiful City Cemetery.
