He was an almost two-year old victim of Spanish Influenza that swept the world in 1918. His father also fell victim to that awful epidemic. Buried with father, William Franklin Braly and grandparents Millege Brittan (M.B.) Braly and Frances Elizabeth Landman Braly.
His mother, Mary Almeda Elliott Braly is buried in Elizabethtown Cemetery in rural Denton County, west of Roanoke, Texas.
