Bud Dozier, 73, died October 20, 2009 at his home in Oroville, CA.

Bud was born October 31, 1935, in Watson, Missouri to Lester and Hazel Dozier. He moved to the Bay Area in 1952 and made Oroville his permanent residence in 1981. He retired from local 159 Plumbers Union and spent his time after retirement working on old houses and restoring furniture.

Bud was a cherished and devoted spouse, father, grandfather and great-grandfather. He was married for 55 years to Marjorie Dozier. He enjoyed telling jokes and playing cards with his family and grandchildren. He was always fun to be around and had a great spirit. He was loved by all who knew him and will be greatly missed by his family and friends.

Bud is survived by his spouse, Marjorie Dozier; children, Daniel Dozier, Michael Dozier; daughter-in-law, Lee Ann Dozier, Randy Dozier, Cindy Dozier-Peebles, son-in-law, Troy Peebles; grandchildren, Brandy, Danny, Randy, Chantell, Trisha, Ashley, Scott, Chris, Kyle; great-grandchildren, Taylor, Madison, Austin, Jayden, Kendall, Devon, Owen, Zoe, Lucas; siblings, Jack Dozier, Lu Norris, Patty Buxton, Suzie Dozier.
