Martin F. Freund, 84, of Calumetville, died Dec. 9, 1984 at Chilton Village Nursing Home. He was born Nov. 11, 1900 in Brothertown, a son of Joseph & Margaret Buechel Freund. On Nov. 25, 1920, he married Martha Criter at Jericho. Mrs. Freund died in 1979.
He worked for various businesses in the Town of New Holstein.
Survivors are two daughters, Sister Rita Freund of Kenosha and Mrs. Ralph (Doris) Neuber of Brothertown; two sons, Reno of Chilton and Gerald of North Fond du Lac; 15 grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; and one brother, Edward of Brothertown. He was preceded in death by a daughter, two sisters, and one brother.
