Mr.Dan William Heath,74 of Lockhart Tx died Jan.12 1995 in the Seton Medical Centor of Austin.Mr Heath was born Sept.16, 1920 in Williamson County to George and Sarah Peterson Heath.He was united in marriage to Anna Grace Beedy Feb.24,1949 in Ft Worth Tx.
Mr.Heath owned and operated KHRB Radio Station in Lockhart Tx.He was founder and charter president of the Lockhart Evening Lions Club,he was a member of Noon Lions Club,Lockhart No.A.F&A.M.,and the American Legion.
Funeral services were held at 4.p.m.on Jan.14,in the First Christian Church of Lockhart with Rev.Carolyn Rosenbalm officiating .Interment followed in the Lockhart Cemetery.
Serving as pallbeares were Austin Pittman,Oran Coker,James Taylor,Billy Don Shirley,Ronald Stephens and David Mills.
Mr. Heath is surived by his wife,Anna Grave Heath of Lockhart;son and daugther-in-law,Dan Nathan and Susan Eureste Heath of Lockhart daugthers and spouses,Diane Heath Jenkins and her husband Kenneth of Winser Louisianna,and Darlene Heath Morris and Martin Briceno of Lockhart; Brothers John Heath,Charles Heath,Robert Heath all of Fort Worth;sisters Sarah Warren and Mary Heath of Venus,Dorothy James of Waskom,Texas and Faye Miller of Whitney,Texas;and grandchildern,Joy Morris,Ryan Jenkins and Danielle Jenkins.
Mr Heath was precded in death by a sister,Susan Martin.
