Funeral Service of W R Carlton Held at Tuxedo

Funeral services for William Richardson Carlton, 29, who died in a Wichita Falls Hospital Monday of pneumonia, was held at the Tuxedo Baptist Church at 3 o'clock Wednesday afternoon.
Rev H H Summers of Abilene, Rev P C Williams and Rev N S Daniels of Stamford conducted the service and burial was in Fairview cemetery near Tuxedo. Kinney Funeral Home directed the funeral.
Mr Carlton was a native of Texas and moved to Jones county with his parents, Mr & Mrs W C Carlton 22 years ago. He joined the Baptist church as a boy.
Survivors include his parents, five brothers, Carl, Norman, Joe, Elvin, and Paul, all of Stamford area, and three sisters, Mrs Margie Rush of Wink, and Mrs Myrtle Osment and Mrs Ruby Hoot of Stamford.
