Mrs. George Wilhelm
Miss Adeline Rudesill was born in Champion, Ohio, Nov. 15th, 1839. She married George Wilhelm of Farmington, Ohio, in 1861. They moved to St. Croix Co. in 1863 where she has lived every since. Her husband died 26 years ago. Mrs. Wilhelm died at Mar. 10th, at the age of 90 years, 3 months and 23 days after an illness of only a week. She leaves to mourn her death one sister, Mrs. Matt Hampton of Spring Valley, and two brothers Ed and Calvin of Washington; about 40 nieces and nephews besides many more distant relatives. Funeral services were held at the Methodist church at Centerville where she has been a member for 41 years. She was laid to rest beside her husband at the Centerville cemetery, Rev. Bennett officiated. Six nephews, Scotty and Lewis Rudesill, Warren and Lewis Wilhelm and Jay and Leon Hampton were pallbearers. Special singing by Walter and Wilbur Finke with Mrs. Wiff at the organ.
