Based upon the War of 1812 Bounty Land records, William Burke's parents were John Barnaby and Clorinda Prather. John Barnaby died July 2, 1822 in Clark County, Indiana. He was married to Clorinda Prather on March 18, 1802 in Charlestown, Clark County, Indiana. She was born in about 1778. Their gravesite locations are unknown.
