Hedwig V. Gomoluh - Hedwig V. Gomoluh (nee Nowak) wife of the late John Anthony Gomoluh, died at the Cedarcrest Manor July 23. She was 83 years old. Mrs. Gomoluh was born at Clover Bottom, June 24, 1883. She was baptized and confirmed at the St. Gertrude church, Krakow, and received her education at the parochial school. November 18, 1902 she was married to John Anthony Gomoluh. After marriage the couple resided on a farm in the Clover Bottom community. Four children were born to this union, two of whom she leaves to survive. Since the year of 1963 Mrs. Gomoluh resided at the Cedarcrest Manor and was seriously ill the past three weeks. She was a member of the St. Ann church and the St. Ann Married Ladies Sodality. She was preceded in death by her parents; husband, April 21, 1963, two sons, John, May 31, 1959 and Aloys Gomoluh, Aug. 30, 1964. Survivors include two daughters, Mrs. A.E. (Regina) Henderson, Ste. Genevieve, Mo. and Mrs Mary Terschluse, R.R. #2, Washington, and a son-in-law, A.E. Henderson; a daughter-in-law, Mrs. Emily Gomoluh, Maplewood; 13 grandchildren; 24 great grandchildren; nieces, nephews, other relatives and a host of friends. Funeral Services were conducted Monday, July 25, 9:15 a.m. at the Nieburg & Vitt Funeral Home, 10 a.m. Requiem Mass at the St. Ann Church, Clover Bottom. Interment was in the church cemetery.
