Phillip Neal Hyde, 70, of Conway, died Friday, Aug. 21, 2009, at his home near Conway.

He was born June 23, 1939, in Memphis, Mo., to Hollis and Nellie Smith Hyde.

On July 31, 1966, he married Kathy Duke.

He was a retired dairy farmer, and he followed the Methodist faith.

Phillip Neal Hyde was preceded in death by his parents; two sisters, Gennie Ridge and Evelyn Gatlin; and a brother, Charles Hyde.

Survivors include his wife, Kathy, of the home; two daughters, Becky Webster and her husband, Norman, of Phillipsburg and Leah Lee and her husband, Zeb, of Lebanon; two grandchildren, Jada and Jakeb Webster; two brothers, Delbert Hyde and his wife, Margaret, of Independence, and Leland Hyde and his wife, Dolores, of Memphis, Mo.; six sisters, Mary Drummond of Conway, Ruth Moore and her husband, Bob, of Keokuk, Iowa, Carol Bundy and her husband, Don, of Blue Springs, Nelda Boatman and her husband, Asie, of Waylalnd, Mo., Virginia Berram and her husband, Fred, of Gorin, and Barbara Hughes and her husband, Norman, of Kirksville; his mother-in-law, Nettie Duke of Memphis, Mo., and several nieces and nephews.

A funeral service for Philip Neal Hyde is scheduled for 1 p.m. Monday, Aug. 24, 2009, at the Richland Baptist Church in Memphis, Mo., with Brother Mike Wilson officiating. Burial will be in the Brock Cemetery near Memphis, Mo.

Arrangements are under the direction of Shadel's Colonial Chapel of Lebanon.

Visitation is scheduled for 2-3 p.m. Sunday at Shadel's and from noon until the time of service at the church in Memphis, Mo., Monday.
