Moses Cooper was one of eight children born to George Cooper and Rachael Jackson. Moses and his sisters and brothers were raised in Lee County on their family's peanut farm. In 1905 he married Alice Frances Jackson, thirteen children were born to this union. Moses was preceeded in death by his parents George and Rachael Cooper and his sisters Precilla and Genora, and his wife Alice Frances Jackson Cooper. He is survived his children, Blanch, Johnie, Charley, Isaac, Rachael, Grance Christian, Masel, Nola, Alice, Delois, Joseph, and Joel, his brothers and sisters, his grandchildren, neices, nephews, cousins, and friends.
