Precilla Cooper was one of eight children born to George and Rachael Cooper. She and her sisters and brothers all grew up in Lee County Texas on the Cooper's family peanut farm. In 1898 she married William (Willy) Collins. One son was born to this union, Arthur Collins. Arthur was raised in the same area of Texas as his mother. In 1915 she married Dee Redman. No children were born to this union and the couple soon seperated. In 1921 she gave birth to a daughter, Hazel Cooper Collins. Hazel's father, Jimmy Norwood, soon left and Precilla raised her daughter in the Dallas area. She was preceeded in death by her parents George and Rachael Cooper and her husband Willly Collins. She is survived by her children Arthur and Hazel Collins, her sisters and brothers, neices and nephews, and many friends.
