N. Ruth (Croyle) Duncan, 82, of Kittanning, died Sunday, Nov. 14, 2010, at home. She was born Jan. 5, 1928, in Kittanning, a daughter of the late Samuel and Nora (Lasher) Croyle, and was a lifelong resident of the area. She was a homemaker and of the Christian faith. She enjoyed watching football and baseball. Survivors include her son, Sammy Duncan, of Kittanning; granddaughter, Kayla Duncan, of Kittanning; grandson, Austin Dunbar, of Kittanning; brother, Floyd Croyle; and numerous nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry Duncan, who passed away Jan. 23, 1991; a brother, Thomas Croyle; and three sisters, Mable Schaub, Mary Richardson and Margaret Schaub. Friends will be received from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at SNYDER-CRISSMAN FUNERAL HOME in Kittanning, where an additional visitation will be held from 10:30 a.m. until the time of services at 11 a.m. Wednesday with the Rev.
