Eva was the daughter of H.J. Latham and Tilda May Norton Latham.

She was the spouse of Virnet E. Waldrop.

Mrs. Eva Waldrop Died Monday, Oct. 21

Mrs. Eva Waldrop, aged 60, died Monday afternoon, October 21, at 12:15 at her home in Landersville following a brief illness. Funeral services were held Tuesday afternoon at two o'clock at the Landersville Church of Christ by Alfred Thompson, minister, and Rev. Roward of the Methodist church. Interment was made at Landersville with Highsmith directing.

Mrs. Waldrop had been a resident of the Landersville area all of her life and was prominently known in the community.

She is survived by her husband, V. E. Waldrop, five daughters, Mrs. Paul Radford, Landersville, Mrs. Jimmy Hawkins, Birmingham, Mrs. Wallace Long, Austinville, Mrs. Paul Fuller, Cullman and Mrs. Silas Fuller, Landersville; four sons, Jack and Leon Waldrop, Landersville, Gleness Waldrop, Baltimore and Roy Waldrop of Ft. Payne; three brothers, Henry, Lawrence and Fennell Latham of Landersville; four sisters, Mrs. Charles Sandlin, Moulton 2, Mrs. Elmer Miller, Danville 2, Mrs. Earl Hopkins, Moulton 1 and Mrs. Paul Armstrong, Moulton 1; fifteen grandchildren also survive.
