JOHN A. MICHAELSON
ST. CHARLES- John Albert Michaelson, 90, died Thursday at St. Anthony Community Hospital in Pocatello.
He was born in St. Charles to Jacob and Susanna Barber [Barker] Michaelson on June 14, 1885. He married Nora Marie Peterson Sept. 7, 1910 in the Logan LDS Temple. He was an active LDS Church member.
Survivors include four daughters, Mrs. Alfred (Lawana) Swa and Mrs. Joe(Jennie) Spiedell, both of Montpelier, Mrs. Robert (Flora) DeBoer of Ogden, and Mrs. Elna Hulliet of Roy, Utah; three sons, Alton of St. Charles, Harvey of Fish Haven, and Orval of Soda Springs; 23 grandchildren; 16 great grand children; one great-great grandchildren; one brother, Thomas of Logan, Utah; one sister, Lila Michaelson of St. Charles; and three half-sisters, Bertha Michaelson and Lydia Michaelson, both of Afton, Wyo., and Lois Wilde of Cheyenne, Wyo.
Funeral services will be 1 p.m. Saturday in the St. Charles LDS Ward Chapel. Friends may call at Matthews Mortuary in Montpelier today from 7-9 p.m. and on Saturday at the St. Charles Ward Annex one hour before services. Burial will be in the St. Charles Cemetery.
