ELGIN
Mr. Robert Paul Elgin, 103 Austin St., born in Armstrong Co., Penn., on March 10, 1903, passed away Monday, May 13, 1963 in a local hospital at the age of 60 years. Funeral services will be held Friday, May 17 at 1 p.m. in the Ft. Sam Houston Natl. Cemetery. Survivors: Sister, Mrs. Olive J. Kleugensmith, Kittanning, Pa., and a host of friends in San Antonio. Mr. Elgin had been a resident of San Antonio for the past 13 years. Arrangements by Alamo Funeral Home.

"At the time of his mother Jennie's death in 1949, Robert was living and working in Youngstown, OH (as was his older brother Alexander). However, in 1950 he, for reasons that were not clear to his siblings, decided to moved to San Antonio, Texas."
