Luetta, 79, of Shelley, died July 20, 1995, at her home following a prolonged illness.
She was born July 25, 1915, to Cecil A Call and Irene Casper Call at Garfield. She was raised in Shelley and graduated from Shelley High School.
On October 10, 1938, she married Garold Waite at the Salt Lake City LDS Temple. Following their marriage, they lived in the Shelley area, where her husband farmed. She renowned for her "Parker house rolls," fried chicken, pumpkin pies and home made bread.
She was an activer member of the LDS Church. Though out her life she held positions in all the women's auxiliary organizations of the ward. She was a visiting teacher for over fifty years. She enjoyed quilting with her friends and was an accomplished seamstress.
Survivers include her husband of Shelley; two daughters, Dixee Frandsen of Shelley and Teena D. Crofts of Ogden, Utah; a son, Ted C. Waite of Shelley; two sisters, Velma Jordan of Milo, and Jean Frongner of Shelley; 9 grand children and 4 great grand children. She was proceded in death by her parents, two sister and one brother.
