Born October 4, 1907 in Murray, Utah to John William and Elizabeth Lyon Arnold. Married Wilford F. Webb on July 6, 1926. Charter member of the DUP Murray Camp and member of the DUP National Board. Charter member and former president of Murray Eagles Auxiliary. Also member of Salt Lake Co. Fireman's Auxiliary. Active member of LDS Church.
Survived by husband, children, Joyce Nealley (Roy), Glen, Keith LaMar (Terry), Edith Menna (Tony), Linda Bateman (Byron); 18 grandchildren and 44 great-grandchildren. Preceded in death by a daughter, Helen.
Funeral Friday, 12 noon, Jenkins-Soffe Mortuary, 4760 So. State St. where friends may call Thursday from 6-8 p.m. and Friday one hour prior to service. Interment: Murray City Cemetery.
