Besides his wife Bertie, he leaves a son Roy McCommons, daughters Clara Barnett, Erie Rosson, Eileen Ellis, Mary Casper, a step son, Forest Poole and sisters Mrs. Ivo Casper, Mrs. Effie Elliott, Mrs. Stivers, 22 grandchildren and 16 great-grandchildren.
Burial will be in Mt. Zion Cemetery east of Dongola, Il.
